The Little Bear Addition!
This old cottage on the lake has been in this family from the beginning—three separate additions before us coming in for the fourth and largest addition yet.
This project began with the design ideations of the process. We worked closely with the family and our architect to create the most usable space as possible with the lot specs.
Built on pillars we did everything from excavation to the roof. Having our team of tradesmen come in and do their specific trade. Working as one unit, we were able to capture the exact idea we had on paper!
This cottage has stunning views, which was always a perk on the long hard days!
